What's covered
You're covered if, within 48 hours of your purchase, the key you were given:
- doesn't work or is rejected as invalid
- has already been redeemed by someone else
- won't activate in the region listed on the product page
- is for a different product than the one you paid for
In any of those cases you can choose a replacement key or a full refund. It's your choice, not mine.
How to claim
Send me your order reference and a screenshot of the error message from the store you tried to redeem on. The order reference is on your confirmation page.
I'll usually reply the same day, and always within 48 hours. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with and typically land within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Because a game key is revealed to you the instant your payment clears, it can't be returned the way a physical product can. Once you've seen the code, I have no way to un-sell it. So the following fall outside the guarantee:
- a working key that you simply changed your mind about
- buying the wrong game, edition or platform by mistake
- a key you've already successfully redeemed
- a game that doesn't run well on your hardware, or that you didn't enjoy
- problems reported more than 48 hours after purchase
If something falls outside the window but you think it's genuinely my fault, message me anyway. I'd rather sort it out than have you feel ripped off.
Your legal rights
For digital content that is supplied immediately, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply once supply has begun with your agreement. By completing checkout you're asking for your key to be supplied straight away and accepting that the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. The 48-hour guarantee above is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
